§ 5.04.030. Application to employees.

Nothing contained in Chapters 5.04 through 5.24 shall be deemed or construed to apply to any person engaged in any of the businesses enumerated in said chapters solely as an employee of any other person, firm or corporation managing or carrying on any such business in the city.
