§ 2.10.070. Budget and reports.

The police chief shall be responsible to the city manager, shall submit annually to the finance director/city treasurer a tentative budget for the department, and shall make a complete annual report and such other reports as may be required concerning the police department in general, giving suggestions and recommendations for major improvements and listing other data so as to maintain a complete record of the activities of the department.
