§ 2.04.010. Applicability.

This chapter shall establish the council procedure regulations of the city. It shall apply to all regular, adjourned regular and special meetings of the city council, and in addition, Sections 2.04.020, 2.04.030, 2.04.050 and 2.04.070 through 2.04.160, inclusive, shall apply to all city boards, commissions and agencies.

Reference to "presiding officer," "council," "councilmember," and "city clerk," where appearing in this chapter, shall respectively mean "chairperson," "planning commission," "commissioner" and "secretary of the planning commission," when applicable to planning commission meetings, etc. and as appropriate for other boards, commissions and agencies.
