§ 1.27.060. Satisfaction of administrative citation.

A.

Upon receipt of a citation, the responsible person must do the following:

1.

Pay the fine to the city within thirty days from the correction date of the administrative citation. All fines assessed shall be payable to the Calexico city's finance director/city treasurer. Payment of a fine shall not excuse or discharge the failure to correct the violation(s) nor shall it bar further enforcement action by the city; or

2.

Contest the administrative citation and request an administrative hearing within thirty days from the correction date of the administration citation.
