§ 16.28.090. Fees.

Before accepting any division of land map for filing, or any appeal, the following fees shall be paid to the finance director/city treasurer:
A.

For each and every division of land map filed in accordance with this section, a fee of twenty-five dollars shall be paid.

B.

For each and every appeal to the city council from the advisory agency determination, a fee of ten dollars shall be paid.
